to live.
After spending years in marketing
and interactive agencies, managing global marketing projects
for major blue chip companies and participating in the launch
and growth development of many start-ups and small businesses,
we came up with one simple question... Why do marketing
materials cost so much?
We took the time to look at the entire process that our colleagues
and friends were going through when recruiting conrtactors or
managing their internal design resources team. Needless to say
that there was a lot to do to improve not only their process
but also the way they were flushing away their marketing budget.
So
we developed an new innovative and easy concept ""WYSIWYG"-
What You See Is What You Get".
For a few years, we tested
this new concept through a marketing and web design agency [Brand
Axis]. The satisfaction of their clients grew rapidly as
they not only had their projects delivered faster but also managed
to save enough on their marketing budget to dedicate more $$$
to generate increamental leads through "non-planned" marketing
campaigns.
All because the process and what
derived from it worked as intended. It's as simple as that.
But our new concept didn't
have to only serve the "corporate" aspect of the
business world. So we looked even further and extended our
research to the franchise industry. After reviewing several
[actually... a lot] franchises, we discovered that the challenges
were similar... even greater. The franchise industry needed
a system that would help them to achieve their goals without
ripping off their benefits. It was not an easy task but we
succeded.
Our solutions soon approached all
aspects of the franchise business. From the corporate branding
and materials [even before you start your franchise] to the sales
and training materials, we delivered powerful and relevant materials
for each step of the process. We even went further and spent
some time to think about the new franchisee. So we revised our
concept to make sure that our deliverables were flexible and
would cost close to nothing, if not nothing to franchises to
equip their new franchisees with.
