1:
Discover
What is it?
This is perhaps the most important phase during which
you will be engaged. We'll ask you some questions about your
business, your challenges, goals and marketing programs and materials.
Your answers will be critical to ensure that our solutions
are tailored to match your needs and industry, putting your brand
and opportunity ahead of your competition. The scope of work
will define the number and kind of questions we'll ask.
But no need to
feel overwhelmed, this step will not last as long as you
might think. We always strategize and prepare our questions
[only a few] in advance to dramatically reduce the amount
of time you'll need to spend answering them.
Desired outcome
At the end of the discovery phase, we'll have a clear
understanding of your current objectives, challenges and
goals with a good grasp of your industry and competitors.
During that phase, we should gather enough information
to efficiently prepare for the next phase. Getting well prepared
saves you a valuable time and reduces the production costs. |
2:
Brainstorm and Strategize
What is it?
During
the brainstorming, we come up with different concept and innovative
ideas on the look and feel, tone and messaging your business
should adopt to produce the expected results.
Pending on the project we are assigned, we strategize your
new concept(s) including the tracking and measuring of all
your marketing materials.
The placement
of content, image or call to action is essential to make the
necessary impact and get the expected results. When technology
is involved, we look at the modules that were agreed and apply
best practices in terms of which technology to use to get the
best results and stay on budget.
Desired outcome
Produce comprehensive wireframe that are tailored to your
needs. Wireframe need to be flexible to allow future
enhancements and muti usage to reduce your costs.
The strategic sessions that take place behind the scene
are the essence of what will set you apart from your competition
and allow you to spend more of your marketing budget in developing
and launching targeted marketing campaigns to generate
even more leads. (budget you save by developing your marketing,
sales and training materials with Franchise Creative). |
3:
Design and Implement
What is it?
Upon completion of the wireframe(s) and layout, we move
to phase 3. This phase uses the information from the discovery
and concept phases which act as the foundation for the design
and implementation of your materials.
If you already have a brand guidelines, the design will
comply with your existing specifications.
Franchise Creative can communicate directly with your third
party vendor on your behalf [when appropriate such as your
printer, webmaster etc.].
The look and feel
will be composed of several considerations such as color
scheme, font, message, imagery, call 2 action, client profile/targeted
audience, media, sizes, or usage among others.
In additiona, each material
produced will include a solution to efficiently track your
results and measure your ROI.
The first round of creative will be submitted to you for
first review and feedback prior to finalizing the design
and implementation of your project.
Desired outcome
Capture your first comments and feedback for revisions.
Usually, phase 1 and 2 are well prepared so revisions/feedback
are minimal. |
4:
Approve and Deliver
What is it?
We are now approaching the release date. The design and
implementation has been completed, the revisions submitted
and revoewed by you. The last action before release and/or
launch now depends on you.
Indeed, as a standard rule, Franchise Creative will not
release any material/development prior to receiving your
approval. During your final review and approval stage, we
ask that you carefully review and test all aspects of the
project. If online, make sure to test the links, if print,
review the copy throroughly, if email, check subject line,
from address and so on.
To ensure that your approval follows
an accurate review, we'll provide you with a list of items
to be checked per project/material.
Once we receive your final approval (via a simple form to
complete and submit that officially approves your marketing,
sales or training materials), we'll prepare the final artwork/code
and produce it for immediate release. As mentioned in step
3, Franchise Creative is happy to communicate with your vendor
when/if necessary.
Desired outcome
Meet and exceed your expectations!
